Ballet
Debra
Conrad, Artistic Director - Professional dancer, teacher, and
choreographer for more than 30 years, Debra received her BS in Human Resources
Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University graduating Cum Laude. Under
the tutelage of Marie Hale, Debra received her initial dance training
from Ballet Florida where she was awarded a full scholarship. Teachers
and choreographers Debra has worked with include Michael Maule, Dennis
Wayne, Ben Stevenson, Robert Davis, Kenn Scalice, Jill Bushling of New
York City Ballet, Carol Bryan of American Ballet Theater, Donna Cowan
and Denise Jackson of Joffrey Ballet, Lou Conte of Hubbard Street Dance
Theater in Chicago, and Gus Giordano in Chicago, Choo San Goh of Washington,
Finis Jung, Charles Kelly, Maria Vegh, Luigi, Frances Roach, and David
Howard all of New York City.
Debra developed and implemented an award winning magnet dance program
for the North Central Center for the Expressive Arts in the Dade County
School system and coordinated a free pre-ballet program for underprivileged
four and five year old inner city students for the Dade County School
system. Debra also owned and managed Terpsicore Dance studio and Miami
Avenue Dance studio in Dade County.
Debra performed professionally in many ballets including Sleeping Beauty,
The Nutcracker, Les Sylphides, Coppelia, Les Partineurs, Raymonda, Swan
Lake, Giselle, and Cinderella. Choreography credits include Damn Yankees,
Annie Get Your Gun, Jesus Christ Superstar, Oklahoma, Godspell, and
Little Shop of Horrors. Since founding Jupiter Dance Academy, Debra
has created, directed and produced original full length ballets including
Neverland, The Curious Adventures of Alice, In My Life, Faerie Magick
and Mischief, Ballet de Vieux Carre’, The Twelve Dancing Princesses,
Pavana of Dreams, Myths & Legends, The Princess and the Pea, Tales
of the Constellations, Babes in Toyland, Oz, and Reflections of Faeries.
Debra’s choreography has attained the highest awards at regional
and national level dance competitions.
Hip
Hop
Jeff Rogers – Jeff has choreographed and won
national titles in singles and pairs skating competitions. He trained
at Broadway Dance Center under Frank Hatchett and was presented the
"Soon To Be a Star" award. Jeff worked with Disney as one
of the Summer Kids of Kingdom, and performed at "Mannequins"
on Pleasure Island. He has choreographed and produced hair and fashion
shows for Nicole Miller, Versace and Jimmy Star. Jeff believes in a
strong technical background and considers his style Hip-Hop/Jazz.

Tap, Lyrical
Kelly Zeltmann – Kelly began her dance training
under the tutelage of Artistic Director, Debra Conrad. Kelly’s
principal roles include Wendy in Never Land, The Mystic in The Twelve
Dancing Princesses; she danced the lead in the national award winning
Imagine, and was featured as The Jabberwocky in The Curious Adventures
of Alice. Kelly received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological
Sciences and Biotechnology graduating Summa Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic
University. Kelly is a high school mathematics teacher. Kelly’s
genius, artistic flair, and dedication to perfection define her as a
gifted teacher and choreographer.

Lyrical Student Teacher
Kaitlyn Howarth – Kaitlyn has been a student
at Jupiter Dance Academy for over 14 years. She is a member of the award
winning Jupiter Dance Academy Performance Company. Kaitlyn has successfully
completed the three month teacher’s training course.

Tap
Samantha Musso – A student with Jupiter Dance
Academy and a member of the acclaimed Jupiter Dance Academy Performance
Company until high school graduation, Samantha is a delightful addition
to the JDA staff. Samantha also teaches the outreach programs. Samantha
is currently pursuing her college degree.
Ballet
Jessica Elfus -Jessica, a New Hampshire native, began
her dance training at the age of three under the direction of Sandra
Valhouli and studied the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus for over ten
years. She is trained in jazz, modern, lyrical, tap and musical theater.
Jessica danced with the Nashua Ballet Company and Nashua Symphony Orchestra
as a principal for eight years performing in The Nutcracker as the Arabian,
Harlequin Doll, Lead Marzipan, and Chinese. She also performed roles
such as The Romantic Girl in The Graduation Ball, Chariots of Fire,
Swanhilda in Coppelia and variations from Les Sylphides. She also danced
with the University of New Hampshire Dance Company, and the Rochester
Ballet Company. Jessica received her teaching certificate in 1998 from
the University of New Hampshire under the direction of Lawrence Robertson,
Chair of Theater and Dance at the University of New Hampshire. Jessica
has taught dance for over 10 years in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and
Florida and currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband
and three daughters.
Jazz,
Tap, Acro, Pom
Sarah Boratko - Sarah received her dance training with
Kim Hohman’s Dance Works in Van Wert, Ohio where she competed
in high school cheerleading and gymnastics. Sarah received her Dance
Certification from Sinclair Community College and was captain of the
dance team. She was awarded Caravan Kid 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 and
received Vibe Hollywood Scholarships for 2000 and 2001. Sarah was a
member of the Fort Wayne Fusion Arena Football dance team 2006-2007
and has performed on Carnival Cruise line. Sarah received further training
with Hoctor’s Dance Caravan, Hollywood Vibe, and Tremaine.
Jazz,
Lyrical
Stefanie Natiello - Stefanie received her initial dance
training in ballet, jazz, tap, modern, lyrical and acrobatics at Boca
Raton Dance Studio. She also attended jazz and tap classes at the Broadway
Dance Center in New York City and was a student at Dance Masters of
America in Buffalo, New York. Stefanie has choreographed platinum winning
routines in many competitions that have also competed on a national
level at Access Broadway. She has taught recreational and company classes
for pre-school students through adult levels. Stefanie is, also, a guest
choreographer for Palm Beach State College musical theatre productions.
Rondell Stowe is a trained hip-hop, jazz, lyrical,
modern, contemporary & cheer dancer originally from Brooklyn, New
York. As a professional choreographer he has worked with Coca-Cola,
MTV, Elle Magazine photographer Michael McCabe, and is a dance instructor
for Wilhelmina model McKenna Crawford. Rondell is also the creator of
Hip-Hop 2 Health, a dance and fitness program for kids and adults run
throughout The Boys & Girls Club, schools and gyms.
Idael German trained at the National School of Ballet in Havana, Cuba,
on full scholarship. He danced with Ballet Teatro Nuovo Di Torino in
Italy before joining Ballet Santiago de Cuba in 1990, and then in 1997
he joined Ballet Nacional de Caracas. Idael was a principal dancer with
Ballet Florida and has performed Apollo, Bluebird, Don Quixote, Coppelia,
Handel Celebration, Le Corsaire, Giselle, Sugar Plum, Snow Cavalier
in The Nutcracker, and Q.a.V
Ballet & Tap Student Teacher
Megan Togher – Megan is a member of the award winning Jupiter
Dance Academy Performance Company and has successfully completed the
teacher’s training course.
Ballet & Tap Student Teacher
Elisabeth Pico – Elisabeth is a member of the award winning Jupiter
Dance Academy Performance Company and has successfully completed the
teacher’s training course.
Yael
Lawrence is a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and received
her Master of Science in Dance/Movement Therapy from The Pratt Institute
in New York. Yael has worked in educational, mental health, spiritual
and dance settings, with individuals of all ages & abilities ranging
from infancy through adulthood including children with special needs.
She has recently started the only Special Needs Dance Class in Jupiter,
Florida, which is thriving! Additionally, Yael is the Programming Coordinator
for The Family Center at Temple Beth Am in Jupiter, Florida where she
organizes and implements social and educational programming for families
with young children. She is also a certified Yoga & Music Together
Instructor. Yael currently offers private Dance/Movement Therapy and
a variety of Mommy & Me, Yoga, Dance, Music & Creative Movement
and Mentoring classes throughout Palm Beach County.
